For High School and Junior College Players

Schedule

What will your experience be like at a College Coaches Camp?

Day 1:

  • Introductions and Warm-up

  • Pro-Style Workout

  • Defensive Instruction

  • Lunch (not provided)

  • Hitting Stations and Instruction

  • College Coaches Q&A

  • Individual Instruction/Feedback by College Coaches

Day 2:

  • Game 1 (two teams play, two teams visit weight-room, hit in cages)

  • Game 2 (two teams play, two teams visit weight-room)

  • During Millersville College Coaches Camps, every attendee will receive one on one feedback and instruction from college coaches. One on one instruction with college coaches is a difference maker. College coaches will provide instruction during batting practice, after live sessions on the mound for pitchers, and at the end of Day 1 for all position players defensively. When players leave camp, the should know what they need to work on in order to improve. All college coaches will also take part in a question and answer session with players and parents, too. Millersville’s coaching staff uses Trackman to help evaluate and instruct each hitter and pitcher attendance.

  • Day two is competition. Some players are “gamers” and don’t truly show their stuff until the game begins. At Millersville College Coaches Camps, players get a chance to compete!

  • Every College Coaches Camp has 4-7 NCAA D3, D2, D1, and/or junior college programs in attendance. Coaches provide instruction, feedback, and take part in the question and answer session. Not every player can play at Millersville that attends. However, we have players at every camp that end up being recruited by other schools in attendance.
