Friday: Games, pitcher mechanical analysis, pitcher Trackman data collectedand instruction/presentations
Saturday: Pro Style workout: 60/30, throw from position, full on-field BP with Trackman, Diamond Kinetics, position player assessment
SATURDAY/SUNDAY SUMMER FORMAT
Saturday: Pro Style workout: 60/30, throw from position, full on-field BP with Trackman, Diamond Kinetics, position player assessment
Sunday: Games, pitcher mechanical analysis, pitcher Trackman data collected and instruction/presentations
*All data collected and player evaluations/instructional comments/drill recommendations will be emailed via google drive sheet to the team coaches following the weekend.
